In each issue of Western Art& Architecture, there an article called Illuminations. In this article different artists are spotlighted with a bit of information about them and their work.

I received an email back in July requesting an interview with the author for this article. I was just tickled and I have been holding onto this news since then.

It is exciting that I now get to share it with you!

The magazine is a beautiful collection of art and is one of those that you definitely display on your coffee table. Personally, I am trying not to drool all over it. The work is stunning and the houses are divine. I have envisioned myself living and painting in a few of them.

The interview with the author, Norman Kolpas was to last 45 minutes since the article is not very long. However, our time together was more like 90 minutes as he asked so many questions and we discussed art on many levels. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I was also very pleased with the write up, as was my Mama. She is always my biggest supporter and as the article implies, the reason I became an artist.
